The produce was sufficient for preparing school lunches. Students were also taught food processing skills, including transforming bananas into products such as banana flour, cookies, and dried bananas.
The project has been extended to the community by distributing vegetable and fruit seeds to parents for household consumption, helping to reduce expenses and generate supplementary income.
