Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn visited Technic Minburi Anusorn 1 Border Patrol Police School (BPP school), Phra Saeng District, Surat Thani Province

On May 23, 2025, at 13:30 hours, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn paid a visit to Technic Minburi Anusorn 1 Border Patrol Police School. This marked her sixth visit to this school and her 1,125th visit to a Border Patrol Police school overall.

In the academic year 2025, the school has an enrollment of 147 students with 12 teachers.

The progress of the implementation of the children and youth development project in the school is summarized as follows: all children had good nutritional statuses; every student completed grade 6 could continue his/her secondary education. For the students who have received Her Royal Highness’s Scholarship: 10 are still studying and 18 were graduated with 2 of them are now teachers at this school.

In addition, Her Royal Highness also observed kindergarten activities, the school clinic, library services, mobile library projects, reading promotion programs, and student cooperative initiatives including savings and accounting practice.

For school agriculture, students engage in seasonal planting, animal husbandry, and food preservation. The agricultural produce supports daily school meals and community learning.

On this occasion, the Bang Tao Village Occupational Group, under Her Royal Highness’s initiative, presented local products such as coconut oil, soap, and skin cream. The visit concluded with a student performance highlighting local wisdom. Before leaving, Her Royal Highness visited the medical and dental units which offered free services to the communities by medical team from Phra Saeng Hospital and dental team from Prince of Songkla University.
