Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted an audience to participants involved in and supporting the Royal Initiative Projects on the occasion of the 45th Annual Seminar of Border Patrol Police School Principals, held at Dusidalai Pavilion, Chitralada Royal Villa, Dusit Palace, on 13 April 2026.
A total of 606 participants attended the audience, comprising the Commissioner of the Border Patrol Police (BPP) Bureau, principals of the BPP schools, representatives of the agencies involved in Royal Initiative Projects, and students under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
At the commencement of the audience, Emeritus Professor Dr. Kraisid Tontisirin, Advisor to Projects of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, presented a report on the progress of the Child and Youth Development Projects and the results of training for students under Royal Patronage in the 2025 academic year.
This was followed by Police Lieutenant General Rungroj Thakoonpunyasiri, Commissioner of the Border Patrol Police Bureau, who presented a report on the Annual Seminar of Border Patrol Police School Principals.
Subsequently, Mr.Niran Munthida, Director-General of the Cooperative Promotion Department presented a report on the School Cooperative Learning Management Competition Project for the 2025 academic year.
Her Royal Highness graciously bestowed First-Class Honorary Pins upon 38 individuals in recognition of their contributions and support to the Royal Initiative Projects.
Her Royal Highness then graciously presented Royal vegetable seeds to Police General Kitrat Phanphet, Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police for the BPP schools for implement Agriculture for School Lunch Project.
Her Royal Highness also 2025 awarded plaques of honour to eight outstanding principals and teachers of Border Patrol Police Schools, followed by the presentation of awards to winning schools in the School Cooperative Learning Management Competition.
Thereafter, a total of 157 students under Royal Patronage presented floral tribute sets in heartfelt expression of their deepest gratitude for Her Royal Highness’s gracious benevolence.
Of paramount significance, Her Royal Highness graciously delivered a royal speech imparting guidance for continuing the projects.
Following the ceremony, Her Royal Highness graciously held a royal conversation with representatives of agencies supporting the Royal Initiative Projects who were granted an audience on this occasion.
The 45th Annual Seminar of Border Patrol Police School Head Teachers, held from 11 to 12 April 2026 at the Royal River Hotel in Bangkok, was jointly organized by the Border Patrol Police Bureau, the Office of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s Projects, and related supporting agencies.
The seminar aimed to promote the exchange of knowledge and experience, as well as to establish guidelines for improving the quality of education in Border Patrol Police Schools. A total of 329 participants attended the seminar, taking part in lectures, panel discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Key topics included Her Royal Highness’s guidance over the past year, the results of the implementation of the Child and Youth Development Projects under Her Royal Highness’s Patronage, the application of artificial intelligence in education, leadership in a changing global context, and the outcomes of Thai language teaching and learning.
